Event Notes
“After a very long year, and now as warm weather gives way to cold, we’re all in need of entertainment that make spirits bright. The Brockville Theatre Guild and Brockville Operatic Society are very pleased to present three radio plays “live in front of a studio audience”. Chosen for their fun and heart-warming holiday stories, these three selections from old-time radio of the 1950s evoke pleasant nostalgic feelings and memories. Voice-acted on a full set and in costumes from the era, the audience will also delight in listening to live sponsored advertising highlighting local businesses with jingles and transitions sung on the stage as it would have been done at the time.”
Run-time approximately 110 minutes with pauses
The BTG & BOS are very grateful for the support and sponsorship of our full segment sponsors Brockville Hyundai, Tim Allen’s Tree Services and Burnbrae Farms, as well as our major contributing sponsors Re/Max Hometown Realty and Carefree Pools.
