Reception & Dinner on the BAC Stage! Buffet Dinner catered by Cindy Croteau
Featuring an after dinner chat with Tom McSorley, Executive Director or the Canadian Film Institute, and Adjunct Research Professor of Film Studies at Carleton University, and film critic for CBC Radio One's 'Ottawa Morning'.
Film Festival Buffet Menu First Course – Served - Heritage Greens: Tumbled with shredded Savoy cabbage, red onion, carrot and red pepper with honey curry vinaigrette. (Dinner Rolls with Butter - At Table)
Entree – Buffet - Chicken Florentine:Stuffed with prosciutto, spinach and ricotta cheese then finished with a pesto wine sauce, toasted pine nuts and Parmesan.
Roasted Autumnal Vegetables: Butternut squash, parsnip, carrot and turnip are tossed with olive oil, thyme, freshly ground pepper and kosher salt.
Long Grain and Wild Rice: With plumped dried cranberries, toasted pecans and freshly chopped flat leaf parsley.
Dessert – Served - Lemons and Cream Cake, With Raspberry coulis CASH BAR.
